Hours: FT
Base Salary: $80,000 plus commission on initial and recurring sales
Bonus Potential: Initial attainable targets with potential for growth

Duties and responsibilities
- Build and Enhance Sales Processes: From the first click on our website to the final delivery of our product, you'll refine and oversee a seamless sales process that ensures customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- Lead and Collaborate: Initially manage a small team with one other sales rep. As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a larger team, crafting a cohesive unit that thrives on creativity and collaboration.
- Drive Subscription Success: Focus on subscription sales that keep our clients engaged and satisfied for the long haul. You’ll help us reduce churn and build lasting relationships in the health and fitness communities..
Qualifications
- Experienced in Subscription Sales: You have at least three years of experience in subscription-based sales, ideally within the tech sector. Acquiring new customers while also focusing on managing customer churn and maintaining engagement are your bread and butter.
- Strategic Thinker: You’re not just thinking about the next sale but planning how each relationship can grow and flourish over time.
- Adaptable and Proactive: You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable with the challenges of setting up new systems and processes.
- Community-Oriented: You understand that selling isn’t just about transactions; it’s about building a community of users who feel supported and valued.
